They are contracted with the HOA where I live. The grass is not cut short enough and looks terrible by the next morning. The excuse has always been that it's raining or wet or to dry. Honestly, it would bet better if they would drop the mower deck and slow down a little. I'm not a professional, but anytime I've mowed grass prior to moving here it hasn't ever looked this bad. Please, do better. The employees are very nice and only do what there boss is telling them. This isn't a reflection on them, but the grass looks terrible.

The boss made the mowers work in pouring rain the ground was sopping wet and left a big mess. I bought a mower off marketplace & mowed backyard so my pet could walk out to do her business. They leave the grass so long pet owners can’t find poop! I called B/K last year about long grass. It’s not workers fault, they are doing what they’ve been told! I received a letter from HOA because I mowed!😳 we bagged 7 waste bags of clippings just from some of the backyard. I hope you BK can step up/ don’t mow when it’s pouring rain & lower the blades, use smaller lawn mower for such small yards. I took care of my yard for years. I’m from Lorain originally! Please have a little pride in your work.😊 Cut low in spring then raise the blades in dry hot temperatures when grass slows growth. Maybe you people don’t know that!🤷‍♀️. I should have taken pictures but my neighbor sent pictures earlier. Please take this as constructive criticism! My next step is to get a petition drawn up to have you removed.IDK!

I am on the Board of Trustees for Chesapeake Condominium Association. We have had Brian Kyles as our landscaping and snow removal team for a number of years now. They have transformed our Association from subpar to a professional looking Association. This past week it was raining all day, and they were mowing in horrendous conditions. The pictures that were recently posted, is not the normal. They told us that this was the case and that it would be a little ugly due to the conditions. Is there a little clumping, or missed spots? Sure there are. They always make sure to make it right if it isn't. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. THEY BUSTED THEIR YOU KNOW WHAT TO GET IT DONE.

Brian and Kyle was contracted thru Mariner’s watch condominium. They did such an awesome job and take pride in the work that they do. That means alot. Thank you for all that you do.
